There are plenty of people from Farmington here at Hemitite Lake, and do take a hike on the Taum Sauk Trail. Having a pleasant time in the Ozarks is simple. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Stouts Creek,
and if you came for an overnight stay Cherokee Landing is a tremendous location to camp. Through the summer here at Hemitite Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge
down into the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Hemitite Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.
This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Hematite Lake Dam.
