Folk Pond is a tremendous lake in the vicinity of Grassy Pond. There's so much to do here at Grassy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Greer Campground is a wonderful place for that. Summertime highs at Grassy Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's; through the dark hours in the winter at Grassy       Pond temperatures dip to the 20's. This lake is located in the wonderful Ozarks. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Nichols Lake is nearby; there's some flowing water nearby, Seaman Creek is a stream you can take a look at during your stay. If the weather is nice here at Grassy Pond, you can go for a hike along the Blue Ridge Trail, and naturally, all our national parks are splendid places to stop at and Ozark National Scenic River is no exception.                  What a place this is for outdoors folks.
