     You'll discover a beautiful lake called Lake Timber Ridge near Glenco Lake; let's not forget Crider Creek which is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks. A brilliant close by hotel is Settle Inn Linn, and Camp Brim Shire is a nice campground nearby.
Glenco Lake gets a common amount of rain; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is when it's the driest. That right there is a
 
   heap of fun stuff already but it goes on, the Ozarks has it all. If the weather is wonderful, you acquire a magnificent sight of Hood Hill from Glenco Lake, and an exciting thing to explore right next door to Glenco Lake is Patterson Dam. All through the days of summer at Glenco Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and the night is a bit chillier of course, usually in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; night lows through the wintertime for Glenco  
               Lake tend to be in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hermann Motel is a great location to spend a night or two, and do pop by College Hill Lake, it's a beautiful lake. This location is so good, just look at all the entertaining things to do in close proximity to Glenco Lake.

Tea Lakes is a 210 acre conservation area located 6 1/2 miles south of Rosebud, Mo. on Highway T. You may visit the area during the day and talk to David Jordan the area caretaker. There are 5 fishing lakes, primitive campsites, playground, MO. Native/Plants of Merit garden recognized by the Missouri Botanical Gardens in St. Louis, Mo., boy and girl scout camping areas, shelters for picnics and gatherings. There are several hiking trails, however, we are in the process of remapping these trails and some will not be usable for the summer. This is a small organization and a small membership fee is required in order to use the facilities after the initial trial/camp/visit. We welcome anyone who is conservation minded, wants a place to visit away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just enjoys the great outdoors.
