Do stop by Field Lake while you're in this part of Missouri. Field Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ozarks. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Field Lake has to offer, you can camp at Birds Nest Lodge, and there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Berryman Trail. Field Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and January is when it's the driest.
This lake is so wonderful.

| | After a long day outdoors Best Western Cuba Inn is a nice spot to spend a night or two, and Field Lake Dam is a charming place. This site, the Ozarks, has so much outdoors exciting stuff. If you come at the right time of year, Meramec River offers some tremendous whitewater; a wonderful lake like Cardin Lake is a great site to take a look at. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Field Lake. Stay the night at Garrisons River Resort.

For the period of the summer here at Field Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to the 60's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 40's while Field Lake night low temperatures
