The beauty of Eaton Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks. If you came for an overnight stay Cherokee Landing is a delightful spot to camp; Brewers Creek is a great whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Lodge at Eagle Lake is a delightful spot to get some rest, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Eaton Lake; Silver Mine Trail is a wonderful local trail.

| | stuff to do in the Ozarks. A glorious nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel Bonne Terre; enjoy a round of golf at Terre Du Lac Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Taum Sauk Trail, and Eaton Dam is pretty. An average amount of rainfall falls at Eaton Lake; during May this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
