You'll need more than a day to discover everything Davis Lake has to offer, you can camp at Trail of Tears State Park, and lakes are such calm spots, why not stop by Ross Lake. Summer at Davis Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's while night lows are typically in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Davis Lake temperatures       sink to the 20's. Jackson Hill is a peak you can spot from Davis Lake, and if you're here why not have a look at Dynamite Hollow.
