Summertime brings highs       in the 80's to Coats Lake, and the nighttime is rather chillier of course, typically in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 30's while Coats Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Coats Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; the month with most of the rain is May while January is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
