If you like lakes and you're in this part of Missouri you can check out City Park Lake. If only every location had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great globe it would be. Camping at Kansas City East KOA is always a great experience, and there's whitewater on Meramec River for all you thrill seekers. | | January is when it's the driest. That right there is a load of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the Ozarks has it all. City Park Lake is near Bowman Hollow which is absolutely worth visiting, and a nice nearby hotel is Sullivan Super 8 Motel.

of the wintertime highs are typically in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at City Park Lake fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course
like Sullivan Country Club, and you acquire a splendid panorama of Mineral Hill from here.
You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Ozarks. Camping is available at Sullivan/Meramec Adventure
Campground. Going for a hike along the Berryman Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, also City Park Lake Dam is worth a visit since you're here. Cress Spring is a scenic place to explore while you're at City Park Lake; if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Sullivan is a nice choice.
