What a nice lake City Lake is. City Lake is a good place of typical precipitation; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Little St. Francis River is a great whitewater spot close to City Lake; if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Farmington, Mo is a glorious choice. Throughout the warm months at City Lake highs are frequently in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures

| | are in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at City Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Ozarks. This is a splendid region for people who like lakes. can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area in the neighborhood of City Lake has to offer. There's so much to do here at City Lake that you need to camp here for a while, St Joe State Park is a perfect place for
that; some close by water includes Mill Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Mine La Motte Lake is in the vicinity of City Lake, and you don’t have to go far from City Lake to see the water at Fredericktown City
Dam. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Turkey Creek. Near City Lake you stumble on the Silver Mine Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and
City Lake is a site with many visitors from Farmington. This spot, the Ozarks, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. A great close by hotel is Farmington - Days Inn; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Madison County Country Club is in the vicinity.
