Car Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. A lake nearby is Sweetwater Lake, and Hidden Valley has glorious slopes and a friendly staff. During the warm months highs here at Car Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Car Lake. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Ozarks.
This lake is so wonderful.

| | A round of golf at nearby Fox Run Golf Club is a great way to kill some time, and a great nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Saint Louis West Six Flags, Mo. If you came to camp KOA St. Louis West is a wonderful site to do that, and the nice people of St. Louis like to hang out close by. Car Lake gets a typical amount of annual rain; May is the wettest month with most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

Eureka/Six Flags is a splendid place to spend a night or two. Any time is a glorious time at Car Lake if you go for the outdoors. Take a little journey to Sand Creek since you're here at Car Lake, and Woodcliff Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out. Car Lake is one of the lakes here in the Ozarks.
