During the warm days of summer at Campbell Lake highs are commonly in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Campbell Lake temperatures fall to the 10's. While you're here at Campbell Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Warrensburg; at Campbell Lake you can catch       a glimpse of Knobs. The annual rainfall here at Campbell Lake is about average; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is February. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Camping at Interstate Campground is always a magnificent experience. This lake is so wonderful. Very great water scenery is available at Campbell Lake Dam right next door to Campbell Lake, and lakes                  are such serene spots, why not stop at Boyd Pond.
