There's so much to do here at Buford Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Big Spring River Camp is a great site for that, and if you haven’t been to Ozark National Scenic River, you must schedule some time for it since you're here. Buford Pond is a beautiful lake in the Ozarks. Summertime highs at Buford Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 60's. Through the winter this       place gets highs in the 40's; overnight lows through the winter for Buford Pond tend to be in the 20's. Days Inn Doniphan is a splendid location to get some rest. And that's not all you can do here in the Ozarks. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Buford Pond has to offer, you can camp at Hawthorne Landing Canoe & Tube. Lakes?
