The beauty of Blues Lake is reason enough to stop by. All year is a delightful time in the Ozarks if you go for the outdoors. Hiking along the Blossom Rock Trail is brilliant fun, and enjoy a round of golf at Oak Meadow Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Blues Lake is right by the Cedar Bluff Trail; Baymont Inn and Suites Rolla is a glorious place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. So many entertaining things to do here in the Ozarks, too wonderful to be true. Blues Lake is not far at all from Rolla, and Blues Lake is a good place to camp, Arlington River Resort is a good place. Summertime highs at Blues Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. winter the highs are regularly in the 30's while Blues Lake night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's.
From a rain point of view Blues Lake is a rather normal place; throughout May this area sees the most
rain, and the driest month of the year is January. So many entertaining things to do at Blues Lake, so little time. Don't leave Blues Lake without first paying a visit to Martin Spring, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood
you can always check out nearby Blues Pond. The Ozarks scenery is always beautiful.
Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Kaintuck Trail; you can stay the night at Country View Acres Campground.
