For the duration of the summertime at Baker Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are typically in the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Baker Lake fall into the 10's. Baker Lake is a good place of common rainfall; the month       of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is typically the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Lick Creek Trail is tremendous fun, and lots of folks from Hannibal come here. Camping is available at Mark Twain Landing, and a good nearby hotel is Garth Woodside Mansion BNB. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Baker Lake. While you're here at Baker Lake, you could also visit wonderful Monroe City                  Lake; if you need a spot to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a splendid choice. Camping at Hillbillys Campground & Genera is always a magnificent experience, and Central Stone County Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by.
