A journey to Rattlesnake Point in the neighborhood of Zumbro Lake is always a wonderful idea, and obviously Dry Run Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Tilly's American Travelers RV Resort, and dry warm beds await you at Microtel       Inn & Suites Rochester. Summertime highs at Zumbro Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Zumbro Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Zumbro Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout July, and the driest month is February. A fine place to camp here at Zumbro Lake is Bluff Valley Campgrounds,                  and you'll hit upon a striking lake called Shady Lake. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun.
