If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Fred Richards Golf Course is close by; after a long day outdoors Candlewood Suites MINNEAPOLIS-RICHFIELD is a nice place to spend a night or two. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great world it would       be. People from Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington love to come to Wood Lake, and what would winter be without some skiing at Buck Hill. During the months of summer at Wood Lake temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Wood Lake. Wood Lake gets a normal amount of rainfall; the month of June is the wettest with most of the                  rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
