    In Minnesota there are many beautiful lakes, Williams Lake is one of them. Do check out Welch Lake in the vicinity of Williams Lake, it's a scenic lake, and Williams Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Middle Pigeon River Campground is a great local campground. A beautiful lake like Welch Lake in close proximity to Williams Lake is a delightful place to go to, and if you need a place to stay Americinn - Blackduck, Mn is a great choice. All through  
   the summertime at Williams Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Williams Lake temperatures descend to the-10's.
Going for a hike on the Lost '40' Trail is always a fine adventure, and an interesting thing to stop by near Williams Lake is Welch Lake Dam. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are really bountiful here at Williams
 
               Lake. Near Williams Lake you come across the Elmwood Island Trail System which is a fine hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Cutfoot Sioux National Recreation Trail, and camping at West Seelye Campground is always a glorious experience.
Williams Lake is a good spot of typical rain; all through June this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month.
