Rainbow Lake is a lake around here; you can stay the night at Thistledew Campground. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Walters Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Jko Campground is a great site for that; on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Valley River Trail. Walters Lake gets a common amount of annual rain; most of the rain falls through July; the driest month       is February. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Kelly Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Wasson Lake Trail. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Walters Lake is unbeatable! A fine close by hotel is Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids. At Walters Lake through the months of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs                  are ordinarily in the 10's while Walters Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the-20's.
