This lake is one of the great places here in the Mesabi Range. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Mesabi Range will keep you coming back persistently. Get covered with water paddling on Little Fork River; good hiking is available along the Taconite Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MOUNTAIN IRON (VIRGINIA), and camping at Midway Motel is always a pleasant experience. This lake is so wonderful.
