This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. PAUL NE (VADNAIS HEIGHTS) is a wonderful place to spend a night or two, and if you have the time, Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is a national park worth checking out. Just can't get enough of Vadnais Lake. You're probably hooked on       lakes, Sucker Lake is one of those close by. There's so much to do here at Vadnais Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Northernaire Motel is a delightful location for that. Why not visit a swamp like Grass Lake since you're here at Vadnais Lake, and if you came to camp J Robinson Intensive Camps is a splendid spot to do that. From a rainfall point of view Vadnais Lake is a pretty common location; the wettest month of the year is frequently June,                  that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
