Upper Pool is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. After a long day outdoors Residence Inn By Marriott Minneapolis At The Depot is a great spot to spend a night or two, and Saint Anthony Falls is a brilliant local attraction. If you get bored of Upper Pool, you could also visit close by Intermediate Pool, and an afternoon playing golf at Meadowbrook Golf Course is always a pleasure. the winter for Upper Pool tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Upper Pool is not the only place nearby, Lake of the Isles is a nearby lake, and J Robinson Intensive Camps is a tremendous campground nearby.
If you're
going to Upper Pool from Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, you won't be the only one; you can hit the slopes at Hyland Ski around here. Upper Pool gets a normal amount of rain; most of the rain falls through June, and February on
the other hand is the driest.
What a spot this is for outdoors folks. Don't forget to take a magnificent little journey to Bassett Creek, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Buck Hill.
