Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. Union Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Acres Resort and Campground is a tremendous local campground, and Faribault Days Inn & Suites is a pleasant location to get some rest. Union Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This       lake is so wonderful. You could also stop at Fox Lake since you're here at Union Lake; it's close by, and Union Lake is not far at all from Faribault-Northfield. A lake close by is Circle Lake, and a round of golf at nearby Willinger's Golf Club is a pleasant way to kill some time. There's so much to do here at Union Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Roberds Lake Resort and Campground is a magnificent place for that, and you can never get enough of the                  good skiing at Buck Hill. Throughout the summertime months at Union Lake temperatures are usually in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Union Lake dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. Why not explore close by Knowles Creek since you're here at Union Lake, and after a long day outdoors Select Inn Faribault is a magnificent location to spend a night or two.
