Go to Twin Lakes if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Buckingham Creek is a stream you can stop at while here. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Not far from Twin Lakes you get some great water scenery at Duluth-Superior Harbor Erie Pier Dike, and an afternoon playing golf at Enger Golf Course is always a joy. There are other places here than Twin Lakes, for example Hartley Pond;

| | you can run the rapids of Amity Creek.
Radisson Hotel Duluth Harborview is a great site to get some rest, and you can hit the slopes at Spirit Mountain nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous site to camp here at Twin Lakes is Lakehead Boat Basin, and Lester River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Camping at Fond du Lac Campground and Boat Landing is always a good experience; Mud Lake is a splendid lake nearby.

with high temperatures in the 70's, and the nighttime is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 10's, and overnight lows at Twin Lakes during the wintertime ordinarily drop into the-10's. A
spree to close by Duluth Harbor Basin Northern Section is very relaxing; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Downtown Motel. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Twin Lakes; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month.

Eagle's Nest Resort doesn't have any campsites for rent but they do have nice cabins instead....This is great publicity but I am wondering how this information was put on the internet. We are always listed as a resort with cabin rentals. our 7 site seasonal campground that has not had an opening for several years, so it is never listed under campgrounds.
