The beauty of Trible Lake is reason enough to stop by. From a precipitation point of view Trible Lake is a pretty typical site; June is the wettest month with most rain; February is when it's the driest. Near Trible Lake you stumble on the Wilson Lake Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and you can stay the night at Stony Brook Campground.
