Swamper Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Summertime at Swamper Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Swamper Lake tend to be in the-10's. What a site this is for outdoors people. Best Western Superior Inn And Suites is a great site to get some rest, and Swamper Lake is delightful

that you need to camp here for a while, East Bearskin Campground is a great spot for that, and nearby you locate the South Lake Portage which is a splendid hiking trail. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go
whitewater paddling on Devil Track River, and why not head up to Lutsen and strap some skis to your feet.
Swamper Lake is a good place of common rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here while February is typically the driest month.
