A tremendous site to camp here at Sunset Lake is Otter Lake Camp Grounds; a day on the slopes of Andes Tower Hill is just what you need. After a long day outdoors Perham Super 8 Motel is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and since you're here and you like golf, you can go to Balmoral Golf Course. High temperatures at Sunset Lake throughout the months of summer are in the       80's. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 10's, and night lows at Sunset Lake through the winter mostly fall into the-10's. Around Sunset Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout June, and February is when it's the driest. Why not camp at Woodland Beach Resort if you're here at Sunset Lake, and Thumper Pond Resort is a nice spot to get some rest.                  This lake is so wonderful.
