The Sugar Lake Trail System offers hiking at its best, and let's not forget Dan Dick Creek which is a stream that you may come across while you're here. There's so much to do here at Sugar Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Remer Motel & Campground is a nice location for that, and Sugar Lake is right by the Johnson Lake Trail System. Sugar Lake gets a typical amount       of yearly rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. So much fun stuff to do at Sugar Lake, so little time. This lake is so wonderful. Remer State Forest is a splendid forest area near Sugar Lake, and a tremendous nearby hotel is Wendigo Lodge Golf Conference. If you came to camp Andersen's Four Seasons Resort is a brilliant site to do that, and hiking along the Mud Lake Trail System is tremendous fun.                  Through the warm days of summer at Sugar Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
