It's always fun to stop by Stowe Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Mesabi Range. If you need a spot to stay Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids is a magnificent choice; you can stay the night at Jko Campground. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Mesabi Range. Do visit Round Lake right next door to Stowe Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Skeeter Lake Trail System.

You'll locate a lovely lake called Stumple Lake near Stowe Lake; Stowe Lake is a nice place to
visit for more than one day, Thistledew Campground is a nice place to camp nearby. From a rainfall point of view Stowe Lake is a quite common spot; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest.

At our convenience store you'll be able to pick up basic groceries, ice cream, pizzas, snacks, ice, fishing licenses, tackle, and night crawlers. We also carry unleaded gas and motor oil.
