You could also go to Ten Lake since you're here at Stanley Lake; it's close by, and a fine nearby hotel is Chase on the Lake Resort. High temperatures at Stanley Lake through the warm months are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's; night lows in the-10's for Stanley Lake. Acorn Hill Resort and RV Sites is       a wonderful campground nearby, and do take a hike on the County Road 50 Trail System. Having a nice time at Stanley Lake is easy. For you golfers we recommend close by Tianna Country Club; Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Walker is a great site to get some rest. Hiking along the Shingobee Trails is tremendous fun; Kaylor Fishpond Dam is a beautiful place. Stanley Lake is a location that is quite waterless regularly; June is when you get the most rain                  here, and the driest month of the year is February.
