Get dripping wet paddling on St. Croix River, and close to South Lindstrom Lake you discover a golf course called Chisago Lakes Golf Course. So many enjoyable things to do at South Lindstrom Lake, so little time. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Apple River, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Wild Mountain if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. The sights at Saint Croix National Scenic River will blow                  your mind, and after a long day outdoors Budget Host Inn-Stes N. Branch is a wonderful location to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail is always a delightful adventure, and South Lindstrom Lake is not the only place nearby, Green Lake is a nearby lake. Do schedule some time to check out Schlimmer Point in the neighborhood of South Lindstrom Lake if you have a chance; Blue waters Leisure Park is a tremendous local campground. Summer at South Lindstrom Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
