You'll need more than a day to explore everything Slip Lake has to offer, you can camp at Poplar River Campground; after a long day outdoors Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains is a delightful location to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Slip Lake generally tend to be in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.

along the Honeymoon Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
This lake is so wonderful. From a precipitation point of view Slip Lake is a rather normal place; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is February.
