Side Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is one of the great places here in the Mesabi Range. Be careful coming to Side Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. There's always Sturgeon Lake Dam to pop by close to Side Lake, and after a long day outdoors Hibbing Super 8 Motel is a wonderful site to spend a night or two. A delightful close by hotel is Hibbing Park Hotel, and do take a hike on the Snake Trail.

| | place! The Mesabi Range rules! You'll find a gorgeous lake called Perch Lake near Side Lake. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Mesabi Range. Side Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Beach Resort RV Park is a tremendous local campground, and Sturgeon River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. average; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February is commonly the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. A delightful site to camp here at Side Lake is C C Campground 717, and you can have
a glorious hiking adventure along the Stingy Lake Trail. While you're here at Side Lake you can take a hike along the Link Lake Trail, and whitewater paddling is good on Little Fork River. For the duration of the warmest time of the
year at Side Lake highs are typically in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Side Lake.
