On a fine day at Sherry Lake you can take a hike along the Stingy Lake Trail; after a long day outdoors Hibbing Park Hotel is a good spot to spend a night or two. This site, the Mesabi Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Hibbing.

is great here at Sherry Lake, you can go for a hike along the Link Lake Trail, and a good site to camp here at Sherry Lake is Stony Brook Campground. All through the warm months at Sherry Lake temperatures are typically in the 70's
while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's with temperatures at Sherry Lake dipping down into the-10's all through winter nights. There is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Sherry
Lake called the Snake Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Little Fork River offers some great whitewater.

We're only 6 miles from Fergus Falls. As the largest city in west-central MN (population 13,000) it offers plenty of restaurants, shopping, a very fine historical museum, a Prairie Wetlands Learning Center and more. Pebble Lake Golf Course, a challenging 18 hole course, is 5 miles away.
