Lake Marion is in the neighborhood; picturesque scenery and good skiing is what you obtain at Buck Hill. Shaver Lake gets a common amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Shakopee Valley RV Park is a great campground nearby, and Shaver Lake is not       far at all from Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington. After a long day outdoors Country Inns & Suites By Carlson Chanhassen is a nice site to spend a night or two; if you came for an overnight stay Brainerd International is a wonderful spot to camp. All through the summer highs here at Shaver Lake reach the 80's with night lows in the 60's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 20's; overnight lows at Shaver Lake throughout the winter ordinarily                  sink into the 0's. A tremendous close by hotel is Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Plymouth; for you golfers we recommend nearby Orono Public Golf Course. You're probably addicted to lakes, Lake Louise is one of those nearby, and do schedule some time to take a look at Breezy Point if you have a chance.
