This lake is so wonderful. Mud Hen Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; there are some great whitewater spots on Vermilion River. Lots of people from Red Wing come to Sharp Muskrat Lake; taking a little trip to close by Eagle Point is a pleasant idea. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Hidden Valley Campgrounds       is always a delightful experience, and do have a look at Spring Banks Lake, it's a delightful lake. Regency Inn and Suites is a fine place to get some rest; the skiing at Welch Village is good. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Sharp Muskrat Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Sharp Muskrat Lake plunge into the 0's.                  This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun.
