There are other sites here than Shamineau Lake, for example Ham Lake; a great nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel Staples. Through the months of summer at Shamineau Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's, and night lows in the-10's for Shamineau Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night       at Fishtrap Lake Campground, and a round of golf at nearby Pine Ridge Golf Club is a tremendous way to kill some time. Shamineau Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Fish Trap Camping and RV Resort is a tremendous place to camp nearby, and why not go to Braggans Bay also while you're here. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Shamineau Lake is excellent! Maddens on Gull Lake is a great place to get some rest. Shamineau Lake is                  next to Gold Pond Dam which is a pretty place absolutely worth taking a look at, and not far from Shamineau Lake you'll come across Crookneck Lake which is a wonderful lake.
