If you need a spot to stay Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains is a great choice, and Screech Lake is right by the Rib Lake Trail. Why not camp at Poplar River Campground while you're here at Screech Lake, and if you've had enough of Screech Lake, Anderson Lake is close by. An average amount of rain falls at Screech Lake; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on

Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. A glorious close by hotel is Caribou Highlands Lodge, and the Honeymoon Trail offers hiking at its best. The warmest time of the year at Screech Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Baker Lake Campground, and the slopes of Lutsen are so inviting nobody can resist. Missouri Creek flows through this neighborhood, and probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Pancore Lake is just a very short distance away.
