Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Sabin Lake tend to be in the-20's. A lake nearby is Wynne Lake; a tremendous nearby hotel is Lodge At Giants Ridge. If you like the outdoors, you'll like Sabin Lake. Sabin Lake is a brilliant site to visit for more       than one day, Gilbert Sherwood Forest is a brilliant site to camp nearby, and during your visit here you'll meet some folks from Duluth for sure. From a rainfall point of view Sabin Lake is a relatively normal location; June is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest. The Mesabi Range scenery is always beautiful. That right there is a heap of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Mesabi Range has it all. Hay Lake is                  a nearby lake that you could stop by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sabin Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sherwood Forest Campground, and there's wonderful hiking along the Canfield Portage. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Giants Ridge is just what you need, and The Narrows is another great place to stop at close by. Be careful coming to the Mesabi Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again.
