Hiking along the Powwoun Trail is glorious fun; a great place to camp here at Rota Lake is Little Isabella River Campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Americinn Silver Bay is a great choice; Rota Lake is right by the North Shore Snowmobile Trail. This site is unbeatable, just explore all the exciting things to do close to Rota Lake. There are some tremendous       whitewater spots on Baptism River - West Br, and some close by water includes Wilbur Creek. A wonderful close by hotel is Grand Superior Lodge, and do take a hike on the Moosewalk Snowmobile Trail. There's whitewater on Beaver River - W.Br for all you adrenaline junkies, and why not camp at McDougal Lakes Campground if you're here at Rota Lake. Rota Lake is a good site of common precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most                  rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Through the summer months at Rota Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 50's.
