Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Mesabi Range. Dry warm beds await you at Elbow Lake Lodge; a fine location for whitewater paddling is Vermilion River. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Mt Iron, Mn is a great spot to spend a night or two, and if you've had enough of Rosendal Lake, Big Rosendal       Lake is close by. This site is great, just look at all the exciting stuff to do close to Rosendal Lake. Near Rosendal Lake you come across the Taconite Trail which is a good hiking trail, and Rosendal Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Pfeifer Lake Campground is a great place to camp nearby. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Mesabi Range will keep you coming back over and over. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes                  of nearby Giants Ridge. This lake is so wonderful. Wakemup Bay Campground is a good local campground, and Walberg Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. Rosendal Lake is located in the Mesabi Range. All through the warm days of summer at Rosendal Lake highs are usually in the 70's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are usually in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Rosendal Lake. Nearby lakes?
