Rock Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; most of the rain falls through June; the driest month is February. That right there is loads already, but it continues; Rock Lake has it all. You can run the rapids of Snake River in close proximity to Rock Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Rock Lake; Sunrise       Ferry Hiking Trail is a perfect local trail. For the period of the summer months highs here at Rock Lake reach the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's.
