Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Moonan Marsh, and you can stay the night at Hope Oak Knoll Camp Ground. Summertime at Rice Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Rice Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
