You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area close to Rally Lake has to offer. There are great places to look at along the Gneiss Trail; a lake nearby is Honker Lake. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Rally Lake highs are mostly in the 70's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs       through the winter are usually in the 10's while Rally Lake nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Temperance River has a nice whitewater paddling spot close by, and dry warm beds await you at Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains. Squat Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by, and Gunflint Pines is a great local campground. The amount of rain that falls at Rally Lake is close to the national average;                  all through August this area sees the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month.
