If you like lakes and you're in this part of Minnesota you can check out Powers Lake. Through the warm days of summer highs here at Powers Lake get into the 80's; the overnight is rather cooler of course, mostly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while Powers Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. | | great whitewater spots on Vermilion River. Everybody close by loves skiing at Afton Alps. There's so much to do here at Powers Lake that you need to camp here for a while, St Paul East KOA is a perfect spot for that.
