Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Midway Hotel, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Black River Public Beach. A pleasant beach in close proximity to Pool 7 is Pettibone Beach, and you'll locate a picturesque lake called Round Lake. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Pine Creek Golf Course is nearby. La Crosse - Days Inn & Conference Center is a perfect       location to get some rest, and the skiing at Mount La Crosse is great. Any time is a great time at Pool 7 if you like the outdoors. A lovely lake like Lake Onalaska right next door to Pool 7 is a pleasant place to check out. There's so much to do here at Pool 7 that you need to camp here for a while, Pettibone RV Park is a great location for that. If you're stopping by Pool 7 from La Crosse, you won't be the only one, and you can stay the night at Red Sails Resort                  and Campground. Through the summer months highs here at Pool 7 get into the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Pool 7 temperatures fall to the 0's.
