Looking for a nice trip? Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is pretty close to Pool 1, and a nice nearby hotel is Days Inn St. Paul-Minneapolis-Midway. There's so much to do here at Pool 1 that you need to camp here for a while, Lowry Grove is a brilliant location for that, and Lock And Dam Number One is a picturesque place, positively worth taking a look at. Stay the night at J Robinson Intensive Camps, and if you're visiting from Minneapolis-St.

But wait, there's more to do in close proximity to Pool 1. Getting to Minnehaha Creek from Pool 1 is trouble-free; Minnehaha Falls is a gorgeous site to stop by while you're at Pool 1. here than Pool 1, for example Snelling Lake; skiing at Hyland Ski is one of those things you just have to do. From a rain point of view Pool 1 is a quite normal location; through June this area sees the most rain while February
is usually the driest month. For the period of the summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Pool 1. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 20's, and night
lows in the 0's for Pool 1. Snelling Lake is a good lake right next door to Pool 1, and MPLS ST PAUL APRT MALL OF AMERICA is a fine site to get some rest.
