Branch is a delightful location to get some rest, and close by you hit upon the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Pokegama Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Rushmore Campgrounds is a great local campground, and if you need a spot to stay Days Inn Hinckley is a splendid choice. An afternoon playing golf at Pine City Country Club is always a pleasure. There's so much to do here at Pokegama Lake       that you need to camp here for a while, Garnet Acres Guest Ranch is a great place for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Snake River, and Jarvis Bay is very near and is a pleasant spot to stop at. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Mission Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here, and if you get bored of Pokegama Lake you could                  also pop by nearby Rock Lake. For the duration of the summer months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Pokegama Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 10's, and night lows at Pokegama Lake all through the winter usually fall into the-10's. The yearly precipitation here at Pokegama Lake is about average; throughout June this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. So many cool things close to Pokegama Lake, absolutely incredible.
