The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Pioneer Lake. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Pioneer Lake sink into the 0's. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Wild Mountain; a good nearby hotel is Budget Host Inn-Stes N. Branch. This lake is so       wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Chisago Lakes Golf Course, and if you need a place to stay Americinn - North Branch, Mn is a magnificent choice. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Pioneer Lake; throughout the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. If you came for an overnight stay Whispering Bay Resort is a fine spot to camp, and if you're here, do take a trip                  to Sunset Point. Hiking along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail is magnificent fun. Lakes are perfect; South Center Lake is a lake that's right next door to Pioneer Lake. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Pioneer Lake. Blue waters Leisure Park is a brilliant local campground, and Apple River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. If you haven’t been to Saint Croix National Scenic River, you should schedule some time for it since you're here, and if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on St. Croix River. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski!
