Pine Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Snake River, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Herubin Truck Trail. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You can take a little tour to Thomas Digman Dam since you're here at Pine Lake, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Giese Truck Trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Hinckley-Days Inn is a magnificent location to spend a night or two, and why not camp at Waldheim Resort while you're here at Pine Lake. and on a nice day you can take a hike along the East White Pine Truck Trail. Summer at Pine Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are mostly in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Pine Lake are in the-10's.
