If you are in Aitkin county it's always a good idea to stop by Pine Lake. Summertime highs at Pine Lake regularly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Pine Lake are in the-10's. Travelodge Hinckley is a magnificent place to get some rest; do take a hike on the Herubin Truck Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Hinckley-Days

In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kettle River, and an out of the ordinary thing to pop by in close proximity to Pine Lake is Thomas Digman Dam. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Pine Lake. Snake River is a great whitewater spot near Pine Lake, and hiking along the Giese Truck Trail is magnificent fun. An average amount of rain falls at Pine Lake; June is when you get the most rain here while February is ordinarily the driest month. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the East White Pine Truck Trail; camping at Waldheim Resort is always a nice experience.
