Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Pike River Lake is so good! Pike River Falls is always fun to check out; hey, Gotta ski right? Giants Ridge is a glorious place to do that. Some of the water nearby flows, like Pike River; camping is available at Fortune Bay Resort - Casino - RV Park. An average amount of rain falls at Pike River Lake; June is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least       moisture. At Pike River Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 70's, and the night is a tad cooler of course, regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Pike River Lake descend into the-20's. This place, the Mesabi Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. So many amusing things to do in the Mesabi Range, not enough time. A nice close by hotel is Americinn - Mt Iron, Mn. This lake is so wonderful. Vermilion River is a good whitewater spot near Pike River Lake, and not far from Pike River Lake you obtain some great water scenery at Pike River Dam.
